| My background is competitive athletics.My work experience/more then 15 years/ include-track-and-field coach,personal trainer,exercise therapy instructor,PE teacher with Masters of Arts Degree in PE.
My clients are - adults,children/5-16yo/,young athletes who want to succed in chosen sport and/or they need help with the fitness or sport specific preparation, also just kids who want to top up their fitness level or get faster ,stronger ,more flexible...for certain events or even for PE lessons,nutritional and supplementation advice are very important part of my training sessions- without them it's almost impossible to achieve and maintain your goals. At the moment I'm specialising in - Adult's/Children's sport specific and fitness training with nutritional advice./CYQ level 2,REPS level 3/. Pre/post natal traininig.
