As part of our monthly article challenge - Top Editor of Work Out Magazine Mary Ferguson will lay down a topic for you to write about and then pick the winner. Their article will then be published in the next edition of Work Out Magazine, in the bookapt.com-featured column, which will go out to All Gym Operators in the UK.

The winner will also get a top spot in our featured trainer section on the home page of Bookapt.com.

This is a serious opportunity for you to get your name and your articles out there among all the industry heavyweights - giving you huge exposure!

I have been given the 1st subject for you to write about from Mary.

These entries MUST be in by MONDAY 12TH OCT

(That is, if you want to see your article in the November issue?)

The Topic is:

"How do YOU use supplements and diet to help your clients achieve results?"

The article will need to include examples, and include opinions on what type of supplements / diet plans work, and what don't, common mistakes made etc.

As you can see this is for their Nutrition and Supplements Section - and they want to hear from YOU... the professionals, who do this every day.

The article is to be 5-600 words and please bere in mind you will go out to other fitness professionals. So write accordingly.

So make sure you represent yourselves professionally in your article and write like its your own column.
