Bookapt.com is glad to see so many PT's in the UK using our site and getting the most from it. However some may have missed mislaid or forgotten their log in details and here is some quick tips on how to retrieve it:

If you have mislaid or forgotten you bookapt.com log in details here are some simple instructions on how to re-set your password:

First off, if you have recently joined and have not activated your account your log in details will not work. Upon registration you will have received an activation email. You must open this mail and click the link within the email to activate your account. If it hasn't come into your inbox please check your junk mail and ensure any spam filters are able to receive mail from bookapt.com.

If this has happened to you you can apply the following to re-set your password and activate your account:

• Click on the re-set password tab in the help menu on the left hand side of bookapt.com.
• You will then have to enter the email address you registered with and click submit.
• You'll then receive an email (please ensure spam filters allow) that will contain a 'token number' and there will also be a URL link
• Copy the token number and then follow the URL link where you will be asked to enter you token number
• Paste your token number in the field and submit
• Once your token has been verified you will then be asked to enter your new password

Once your new password is set you must keep it safe or try to remember it as bookapt.com does not store or archive any members password details

So if you forget it again you will have to repeat thye above process
