You can even incorporate some combat moves to your sessions, making you feel safer and more confident too.
Everyone is different and to recognise your needs each workout is adapted to suit the individual's level of fitness and expert tuition is given every step of the way to ensure you are reaching towards your goals at the pace that is right for you.
