According to Aristotle " You are what you repeatedly do"
Some time ago one of my friends said i'm not in the habit of eating fruit and for breakfast I've got a habit of eating carbohydrate based cereals. According to the old addage you are what you repeatedly do.
Life then is a force of habit continually eating poor nutrition together with little or no activity is a recipe for increased risks to heart disease, diabetes, obesity or even worse e.g. stroke, CHD, high cholestoral, high blood pressure etc.
You can change for the better, it is easier than you think. To form your new healthier habits: Add one healthy eating plan, plus an exercise/activity plan supported by your very own Personal Trainer who will support you, motivate you, and guide you to help you achieve your healthy nutrition and fitness goals in life. You too will soon be leading the life you want to live.
