Kettlebells increase strength, improve flexibility and posture as well as honing the whole body by working key muscle groups through swinging and lifting movements. These back and forth swaying motions super-charge the metabolism, zapping away pounds and burning around 600 calories in 60 minutes.
Using kettlebells is a very effective way of getting results in minimum time because they tone and sculpt the body by activating small forgotten muscles that don't often get used with traditional weights.
The shape of the bell makes it a perfect tool to perform dynamic moves and to increase cardiovascular endurance. For the female client, light weights increase fitness to promote lean and toned muscles without the bulk.
There are over 200 exercises so there is always an opportunity to progress and to never get bored.
